Heinrich Badenhorst

Heinrich Badenhorst Heinrich Badenhorst is an attorney with Manong Badenhorst Incorporated and he specialises in litigation and commercial law, which includes trust, estate planning and deceased estates. Heinrich Badenhorst obtained his B.Proc degree from the North West University (Potchefstroom) in 1996. He entered into articles of clerkship with Pupuma Moller Engelbrecht Attorneys based in Northcliff, Johannesburg. His article of clerkship was ceded in 1997 to Cilliers Hattingh Incorporated, Menlyn, Pretoria. He went on to complete his articles of clerkship and was admitted as an attorney in January 1999.
Heinrich Badenhorst was employed by Johan van Zyl Attorneys in Pretoria, and established a law firm Badenhorst Du Plessis Attorneys in 2002. During 2005, Heinrich Badenhorst and Aubrey Manong established Manong Badenhorst Incorporated in Moreleta Park, Pretoria.
Heinrich Badenhorst has gained extensive experience in various areas, including collections, magistrate and high court litigation and commercial law. He currently spearheads the firm’s commercial and corporate department and also has the right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa.
Thabang Graham Ntshebe

Thabang Graham Ntshebe Thabang Graham Ntshebe specializes in Employment Law and has written various articles published on Business Law and Tax Review for the Business Day. Thabang Ntshebe obtained his BA Law degree from the University of Fort Hare in 1996 and his LLB degree from the University of Natal (Durban) in 1999. He entered into articles of clerkship with Maserumule Incorporated based in Johannesburg. He went on to complete his articles of clerkship and was admitted as an attorney in April 2002.
Thabang Ntshebe was employed by Maserumule Incorporated as a Candidate Attorney and as Senior Associate, before moving to Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs in 2005.
He established a law firm Molepo Ntshebe & Partners in 2007 and changed the name to Thabang Ntshebe Attorneys in 2010. Thabang Ntshebe has more than 10 years post articles experience with a primary focus in the areas of Employment law
Carmea Huysamen

Carmea Huysamen is an attorney with Manong Badenhorst Attorneys and she specialises in litigation, family law and collections. Carmea Huysamen obtained her LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2010. She entered into articles of clerkship with Paul du Plessis Attorneys based in Pretoria. She went on to complete her articles of clerkship and was admitted as an attorney in August 2012.
Carmea Huysamen was employed by Van Der Merwe Attorneys specialising in litigation as well as being a Legal Advisor to VDM Collections. Carmea joined Manong Badenhorst Attorneys in 2019 and has right of appearance in the High Court.

Cinette van der Ende is an admitted attorney and conveyancer with Manong Badenhorst Attorneys. She specialises in the drafting of agreements relating to property transactions, property tax law and structuring, property financing including structured finance, property developments and schemes, land rights, rezoning advice and procedures, residential, industrial and commercial property transactions, deeds registration and conveyancing, advice about mortgage and notarial bonds. Cinette van der Ende obtained her LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2002. She was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in 2002.

Alta Roos is an admitted attorney and conveyancer currently with Manong Badenhorst Attorneys. She specialises in the administration of deceased estate administration, estate planning, trust law, deceased estate tr ansfers and conveyancing . Alta Roos obtained her LLB degree from the North -West University (Potchefstroom) in 2006 as a member of the of the Golden Key International Honour Society for scholastic achievement and excellence .
She was admitted as an attorney in the same year. Alta Roos furthered her studies and obtained her Master’s Degree in Estate law in 2017
